Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Driver In Training / Warehouse Associate to join our team of professionals in Sioux Falls, Idaho. This person will perform warehouse duties, and would have the opportunity to train on-the-job for a driver position.  We offer full benefits, a great company culture with a stable and successful employer, and opportunities to develop professionally.


Key Responsibilities

This will become both a driver and warehouse support role, and we are willing to train a new warehouse associate to also make customer deliveries.   The position will report to the Warehouse Manager, and work with other members of the distribution team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering complete, accurate, and on-time deliveries to Richelieu’s customers. Duties may include keeping material organized and ready to ship, ensuring correct items and quantities are packaged in the most efficient manner, and selecting warehouse merchandise to replace items sold. He/she will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective manner that complies with all safety and other applicable regulations.   

The schedule will be Monday - Friday, day shift only (no nights, no weekends).


What We Are Looking For

  • Must have good driving record
  • Experience as a delivery driver and willingness to be trained in CDL-B is helpful, but not required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Team Focused (team player)
  • Dedicated/Reliable
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
