Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Assiatant is responsible for working with internal management to provide support for internal administrative duties, as well as support for the internal and external sales teams.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information pursuant to customer requests
- Resolve purchasing pricing discrepancies through the research of regular and special customer prices, as well as assist purchasing department
- Work strategically to analyze and prepare customer sales quotes
- Provide internal support to marketing and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Hold responsibility for planning, scheduling, as well as attending of, various management and sales meetings
- Daily/weekly filing of administrative and internal management reports
- Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu’s innovative product offerings
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of related experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills
- Strategic mindset, business-oriented, attention to detail
- Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic
- University or Associate’s degree is preferred
